Special One-Time Group Session

Service Description

This in-person session is designed for small groups of up to 10 and can be customized based upon the group's needs. You can expect 1-hour of asana practice with time at the beginning to get comfortable and center with time at the end to rest in a restorative practice and discuss/ask questions. This session option can add a special component to a retreat, team building or special occasion with friends. The Group Session can be booked to reserve studio space at Omni Health & Yoga Studio located at 1110 E Republic Road in Springfield, MO for an additional $50. *Locations beyond 20 mile radius of Springfield, MO will have an additional fee for travel based upon current mileage costs.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that life happens and sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel a session. For individual sessions a 24-Hour notice is appreciated. Fees collected for a booked session will be applied to a future booking. For the cancellation or rescheduling of a group workshop or group session, I require a one-week notice prior to scheduled date. If the cancellation occurs after this time period, a refund of 50% of the fee will be issued.
