Yoga for Perimenopause
This yoga series is designed to help you connect to your body’s rhythm to support the changes that occur through perimenopause to menopause. The series is based in a Hatha yoga practice with physical postures, breathing techniques, and guided journaling.

Awareness of your menses cycle and the physical/mental symptoms throughout your cycle

Developing a yoga practice for overall wellbeing while supporting symptoms such as anxiety, brain fog, fatigue, insomnia, and vasomotor symptoms

Growing a deeper relationship with your body and mind
This series is designed with a workshop and four proceeding yoga class sessions with each session building on each other. Through this format, there is time to be curious about your own menses cycle and being aware of your body’s cyclical rhythm while having the opportunity for conversation with fellow participants within a safe space.
